Nclex 준비 - Ca+ channel blocker

이번에는 Ca+ channel blocker (ending with "-dipine") 에 대해 공부해봅시다.
이 문제는 보통 Below passing level입니다.

Rule #1. Vasodilation
- Decrease ventricular rate
- check Ventricular rate (Priority)
- Check BP and Hold if systolic <100

Rule #2. NO Grapefuit
- cause Hypotension

Rule #3. 외우자 diltiazem and Cardizem
- Used for Afib
- negative chronotropic; Slow HR
** all beta blocker = HR slow
*** But other Ca+ channel blockers; nifedipine or -dipine “increase HR”
