이번에는 Lithium에 대해 공부해봅시다.
이 문제는 보통 passing level입니다.

Lithium은 보통 Bipolar disorder를 치료하는 약으로 NCLEX에서 자주 등장하는 주제입니다.

Rule #1 Normal range vs Therapeutic range
Normal range: 0.6-1.2
Therapeutic range: 1.2-1.5

Rule #2 NO NSAID (ibuprofen, Aspirin, Naproxen etc)
- Decrease renal blood flow
- Lithium toxicity

Rule #3 Acetaminophen is the best pain relief drug

Rule #4 Memorize Lithium toxicity
